New Policies in Effect As Of 1/1/2024
As of 1/1/2024, we are no longer able to bill for copays. Your copay will be due at the time of check-in. If you are unable to make your copay prior to your visit please notify the front desk and we can look at rescheduling your appointment.
No-show appointments will be charged a fee of $75. If you are unable to keep your appointment please be sure to call within 48 hours. There will be a $50 late reschedule fee if your appointment is not changed within 48 hours.
Please do your best to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment, and we will gladly find time to reschedule.
This helps us ensure that clients on the waiting list can make an appointment and allows us to continue offering the highest levels of care.
